">Staffmark is currently seeking a Production Technician in Westhampton, NJ.
Compensation and Benefits
">$21.00 per hour. Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We offer medical, dental, vision, and 401K options to suit you and your family's needs. Payday every single Friday by direct deposit or pay card.
Key Responsibilities
">- Assemble panelboards and switchboards per customer specs, using hand and power tools.
- Inspect and test products to meet quality standards.
- Use wire strippers and pliers for wiring and assembly.
- Track job progress and address any issues, including shortages or delays.
- Manage materials, including receiving and prepping for shipment.
- Contribute ideas for improving quality, processes, and safety.
- Maintain tools and work area according to 5S standards.
- Cross-train and adapt to changing production needs.
Requirements
">- 1 year of assembly-related experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience with CNC bus fabrication or press brakes is a plus.
- Familiarity with wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical systems.
- Skilled in using measuring tools, torque specifications, and manual/electric tools.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work overtime as needed.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow manufacturing instructions.
- Commitment to health and safety practices and active participation in training.
