Job Details : Pay : $18 - $20 per hour (Depending on experience) Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule Training : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM for 2-3 weeks Requirements : High school diploma or GED, 4-5 years of experience in a quality role in a lab, and Microsoft Office experience. Quality Technician Responsibilities : Monitor and record line specifications (e.g., width, thickness, and break) on the production log daily. Ensure production measurements meet acceptable standards. Assist with new product startups and evaluate complaints or returns as needed. Review products on hold to determine their disposition and re-check customer returns. Maintain communication with Lead Operators, Foreman, and Production Manager. Comply with management requests and maintain a clean lab area.
