Salary : $85,000 - $110,000 per year
1st Shift Hours : 6 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Store Manager Responsibilities :
- Monitor and direct all store operations, from opening to closing.
- Develop plans to improve store performance.
- Managing P&L, expenses, and the monthly budget.
- Communicate store performance to upper management while maintaining daily / weekly / monthly reporting.
- Develop and monitor employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain quality and inventory standards meeting community demands.
- Conducts store and departmental safety meetings, researches / logs all safety violations, and reports all violations to senior leadership.
- Supervise maintenance of the facility and grounds.
