We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tooling Engineer in Pulaski, TN. Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 / yr.
Schedule : 6 : 00am - 3 : 30pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain efficient, high-quality tooling processes within budget and schedule requirements.
- Troubleshoot production and tooling issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Support and oversee Tool and Die makers, serving as a backup for the Tooling Manager.
- Ensure production tooling and equipment are prepared to meet customer requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Manage tooling inventory, track vendor performance, and oversee purchasing and inspection of replacement parts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of tooling modifications, repairs, and process improvements while collaborating with leadership on daily operations.
Qualified candidates will have five years of metal stamping and tooling experience.
