Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies or issues, resolving them promptly.
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks related to payroll entries and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of financial concepts related to payroll processing and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and reconciliation tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- ADP experience a preferred
- AP/AR experience is preferred
