Start Date

Shift Information
- 8 hr variable days
- On Call/Call-Back: 1 night a week, 1 backup call a week and then 1 weekend per month
- Weekend/Holiday: weekends for call. Holiday rotation
Facility Requirements:
- AHA BLS
- Certified Surgical First Assistant NBSTS or NSAA.
- Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum Experience: 3 year experience in cardiac
- FIRST ASSIST EXPERIENCE CVOR REQUIRED
- prior travel REQUIRED.
- Trauma II experience REQUIRED.
- CVOR FA will do the full array of on and off pump CABG, valve replacements, and some robotics cases. Facility used DaVinci.
