Shift Information
- 8 hr days
- Every 7th weekend
- 40 hours OR 32 hours OR 24 hours options available
Facility Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Wisconsin License
- BLS (AHA)
- 1 yrs experience in social services and counseling in a hospital acute care setting with a diverse population
- Charting Experience : epic
- Unit Information : Med Surg and Critical Care Clusters- all inpatient units- Layered Model working in tandem with RN Team for Discharge planning
- Patient Ratio 8-20 per day based on acuity of patients
- Scrub Colors: Business Attire
