OB/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director

StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a physician-led Hospitalist Program that is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, with an environment that fosters growth, advancement, and continuing education, to assist them with identifying an OB / GYN Hospitalist for their Leadership role.

Position Details :

• Full-time leadership position with an amazing annual stipend on top of clinical salary.
• Seeking experienced board-certified OB / GYN Physicians to lead a thriving Hospitalist Program.
• High-risk obstetrics training; prior OB / GYN Hospitalist preferred and leadership experience required.
• The facility handles over 2,300 deliveries per year, with Hospitalists covering less than 10%.
• Level III NICU with robust maternal and fetal care support.
• Clinical hours : only (6) 24-hour shifts per month minimum.
• Comprehensive package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) (starting on day one), CME allowances, malpractice insurance with tail, and more.
• No State Income Tax in Texas, allowing you to keep more of your earnings.
