State Farm Agency, located in Orange, CA has an immediate opening for a bilingual (Spanish / English) professional to join their team! Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set! Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Provide excellent customer service.
What we offer :
Base Salary plus commission / bonus
Group health plan. $300 monthly allowance.
Dental and Vision; paid by owner.
Group Life $75,000; paid by owner.
401k with 4% match

Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish / English)
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Ability to multi-task
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Life & Health insurance license (must be able to obtain)
