Prepare and process insurance quotes, applications, and endorsements for new and existing clients.
Review policies for accuracy and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Work closely with underwriters, brokers, and other team members to provide solutions tailored to client needs.
Stay up-to-date on insurance market trends , coverage options, and regulatory changes.
Assist clients with claims management, including reporting claims and liaising between the client and insurance carriers.
Utilize insurance management software and other technologies to manage accounts, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications :
P&C License in Wisconsin (must be current and in good standing).
1 years of commercial insurance experience with a focus on account management and servicing.
Proven strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in technology and able to quickly adapt to new software systems (experience with insurance management software is a plus).
Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships .
Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
