As our Agent's Executive Assistant, you'll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Establish contact with new prospects and previous customers to have them start new insurance plans with State Farm
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
