LICENSED INSURANCE SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Successful, well established State Farm Agency is seeking a licensed, energetic professional to join their winning team as a Licensed Personal Lines Sales and Customer Service Representative . In this role you will work in an office setting, providing exceptional customer service by phone and in person through value-based conversations.

Experience in quoting and selling insurance products is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to :

• Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed.
• Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
