Job Title: Acquisition Subject Matter Expert (Source Selection)
Job Location: Remote (Work Must be performed in the 50 United States during the core hours of the
requirements.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor s Degree
Certification
Experience: Eight (8) or more years of experience in acquisitions as an 1102, including
demonstrated experience in Federal acquisition source selection processes, policies, and
procedures. Five (5) years or more years of experience facilitating acquisition training; subject
matter expertise in relevant acquisition areas, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Technology Requirements: Proficiency in various Adobe products \and Microsoft Suite, and familiarity
with a variety of video-conferencing platforms.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Ability to understand technical content, communicate well with subject matter experts, and
translate technical content to non-technical staff.
Ability to project manage efficiently, balancing shifting priorities.
Knowledge and ability to perform a range of standard and technical assignments to meet time-
critical tasks and resolve recurring problems.
Capacity to work independently or as a contributing team-member in a results-oriented
environment; being both flexible and detail-oriented.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals from diverse
backgrounds and abilities.

Duties:
Responsible for the review and development of accurate, current, relevant curriculum content and
training products using the ISD process. Research, design, and write instructional designs,
documentation, and training materials. Responsible for integrating various technologies to
improve the design of course content and materials; incorporate instructional design principals;
guide the curriculum design and strategies for adapting concerting courses
Develops and provides curriculum content to develop programs and training sessions to
enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Reviews, revises, edits, and develops
training curricula, using various instructional methods and practice exercises to ensure
effective learning. Develops assessments of the training needs of participants, adapt delivery
to participant needs and utilize evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and learner
progress.
Develop training materials and update existing content based on current best practices and
research. At the direction of the Lead Curriculum and when performing developer duties
Utilize materials created by SMEs and DAU/FAI to develop engaging courses that effectively
convey key information and achieve learning objectives.
Identify best instructional design techniques to ensure learner engagement and maximum learner
retention.
Use instructional design process and methodology to plan, design, and develop instructor-led,
synchronous training materials.
Create course work with practical exercises, knowledge checks, and other assessments designed
to meaningfully evaluate and drive learning retention.
Ensure content accuracy and alignment with current branding guidelines, procedures, and
systems.
