Job Description: Analyst – Junior (USCG)
Location: On-Site, Washington, DC
Reports to: USCG, DHS / Work under this contract is overseen by a dedicated Program Manager that reports to SCC's Senior Vice President.
Travel Requirements: Travel required for onsite familiarization and data collection at USCG facilities.

The responsibilities outlined are contingent upon contract award, ensuring readiness to execute the project effectively if the bid is successful. Candidates selected for this position will be critical in implementing project objectives upon award. *
Description of Work:
- Facilitate and assist in organizing, coordinating, and executing meetings and working group sessions.
- Support workshop-based sessions (e.g., collaborative requirements generation) with facilitation and logistical coordination.
- Provide technical writing and editorial support, including document formatting, proofreading, copying, and editing.
- Apply project and program management to the best practices for scheduling, task execution, and milestone tracking.
- Attend and support meetings by coordinating calendars, reserving locations, sending invitations, and executing MS Teams/teleconference requirements.
- Draft agendas, prepare and distribute read ahead materials and handouts.
- Create and deliver multimedia presentations, briefs, and other reference documents.
- Write meeting minutes and identify and track action items to completion.
- Develop accessible documentation and user guides to support stakeholders unfamiliar with workforce analysis processes.
- Support activities related to the Coast Guard Manpower Requirements process as defined in the Coast Guard WRD Program Manual COMDTINST M5310.6 (series) and CGTTP 1-16.15.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Management, Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or related discipline.- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience conducting workforce requirements analysis or similar analytics. Familiarity with Coast Guard WRD processes and data collection from Active-Duty personnel is required.
- Technology Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience in using Microsoft Teams and virtual collaboration tools. Familiarity with survey platforms and online document collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint)

- Ability to use analytic techniques to assess the impact of industry trends, policy changes, or standard practices.
- Skilled at translating complex information into clear, accessible documents for audiences at multiple organizational levels.
- Prepares, disseminates, and ensures proper documentation management and safeguarding.
- Demonstrates practical interpersonal and communication skills in a team-oriented environment.
Preferences (preferred but not required):
- Experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard or other federal workforce initiatives.
- Familiarity with COMDTINST M5310.6 and CGTTP 1-16.15 documentation.
- Exposure to survey tools, data visualization platforms, or project management software.
