Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.

- Perform clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Use Google Suite and dental office software to schedule appointments and manage correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and supporting other administrative tasks as needed.
- Keep the front desk area and waiting room clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications:
- No prior dental experience is required – we will provide the necessary training!
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Google Suite and other office software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
