As an ERP Data Analyst for Grants & Compliance, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, cleansing, and communicating data from various County departments on grant and project-related activity. This position is required to ensure the Oracle Cloud Project will be successfully implemented by supporting fully allocated Grants & Compliance resources.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyze complex bodies of data.
- Compare and access multiple document types such as spreadsheets, PDFs, and text documents.
- Field interdepartmental requests.
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Create and assist in creating templates, form reports, and analyses.
- Generate output from single or multiple systems.
- Troubleshoot the processes, techniques, and systems used to generate, transition, and coagulate data.
- Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
- Guide end-users on relevant processes and output.
- Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
- Advanced capabilities in using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- The ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
- Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
