Housekeeping/Janitorial Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our members. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Shifts

• Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 6PM-1AM.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of group exercise studios, locker rooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Uphold hospitality standards by providing excellent service to members during interactions.

Skills

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within athletic facilities, hotels or similar environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices to ensure efficient operations.
• Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.25 per hour
