What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kids Club Associate position at Stafford Hills Club?
We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Kids Club Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children between 1 and 12 years old. You will engage children in various activities, ensure their safety, and provide exceptional care.
Current open shifts run from 8:30am-1pm Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Occasional evening (4pm-7pm) and weekends available as well.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, games, reading, and physical play.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the Kids Club.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's experience and any concerns.
- Follow all club policies and procedures to ensure a safe and positive environment.
- Assist with special events and programs as needed.

Skills:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare, educational, or recreational setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for working with children.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.75 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
