Job Summary

Duties
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundering
- Aid in mobility assistance and transportation for appointments or outings
- Maintain accurate medical records and report any changes in the patient's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Experience working in assisted living facilities, memory care units, or home care settings is preferred
- Familiarity with patient care techniques and protocols
- Knowledge of medical records management systems
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients
