What are the responsibilities and job description for the STEAM Teacher - Summer School (residential or non residential) position at Stafford House Summer?
An exciting opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic teacher with a passion for STEAM subjects, to work on a short contract over the summer.
Our Study Holidays welcome a diverse mix of young, international students from overseas each summer. You will work with our students on our specialist STEAM program, hosted by our state-of-the-art CATS Academy Boston High School in Braintree, MA.
You can expect a small group of intermediate English level students aged 14-18.
Dates: 06/30/2025 – 08/01/2025
CATS Academy students have had incredible success over the years, being accepted into some of the most renowned schools. Many of our faculty run specialist summer programs. You can expect students who want to immerse themselves in their specialist programs.

Some of what you need to become part of the Stafford House Teaching Team:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in an STEAM-related subject.
- Teaching experience at a high school or college level.
- Genuine interest in the teaching of young students.
- You must already have the right to work in the US.
- As this is a short-term program, you must be able to commit to the above dates.
