We are looking for someone who can lead a small team and be the point person on jobs.

Stafford.Works is a local, family owned and operated business looking for team members for the 2024 season. We specialize in outdoor spaces and customer service. This includes mowing, landscaping, mulching, creating paver patios, fire pits, and retaining walls, etc.

Schedule is Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday. We can offer some flexibility with advance notice. Employees must have the ability to show up for work and be on time. Attendance and punctuality are a high priority for our crews.

Must be:

· At least 18 years old

· Have a valid driver’s license

· Ability to lift 50 lbs

· Ability to walk, squat, kneel, push and pull heavy items.

Work includes landscaping, hardscaping, mowing, seasonal cleanups, and more. Applicants need to be comfortable working with a variety of tools and saws or willing to learn how. Work is preformed in all temperatures and weather situations. Depending on weather and work load, the occasional Saturday will be mandatory.

We are willing to train the right people, but priority will be given to applicants with any of the following: bilingual, supervisory or crew leadership experience in any field.

Skills that are useful include paid job experience with:

· Mowing crews

· Horticulture

· Equipment maintenance

· Use of a skid steer

· Ability to drive a truck with trailer
