Counselor Requirements
Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (CAC, CAP, LCSW, LMHC, etc...)
Experience in individual and group counseling, preferably in a mental health or substance abuse setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment

Counselor Responsibilities
