About the Role
- Conduct initial telephone screenings to assess potential clients' needs and referents.
- Evaluate client problems and report to the clinical team for treatment planning.
- Provide information to clients and families about our treatment program, ensuring informed decisions.
- Complete admission processes efficiently and accurately, reviewing rights and responsibilities with clients.
- Represent Staffosaurus to referral sources, potential clients, and other outside agencies in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Screen and answer inquiries regarding program admissions by telephone.
- Conduct initial assessments of client problems and needs, reporting to the clinical team for treatment planning.
- Alert clinical and other staff to special problems or issues that may affect treatment.
- Take phone calls of inquiry and effectively answer questions about the treatment program.
- Arrange for obtaining outside medical records in a timely and efficient manner.
- Protect the confidentiality of clients and the privacy of staff.
