Key Responsibilities:
- Execute production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coach and mentor team members.
- Drive SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) initiatives.
- Track and evaluate labor performance.
- Assess, develop, hire, and discipline team talent.
- Conduct 5S audits and provide oversight.
- Collaborate with Engineering and propose Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual who meets the following criteria:
- 2 years of manufacturing experience in a leadership capacity.
- Strong team-building skills with an emphasis on development.
- Exemplary attendance record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively interact across various levels and functional areas.
- Proficient in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Comfortable learning and navigating software/ERP systems.
- Good mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in the field.
