Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in roadway construction or utility inspection preferred. Knowledge of roadway construction, erosion controls, and safety standards. TDEC Level 1 certification or willingness to obtain. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills: Experience with drainage, traffic control, or utility installations. Certifications in concrete, asphalt, or traffic management. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
