Position Summary
We’re looking for a proactive Supply Chain Planner to take the reins on forecasting and Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP). You’ll be the strategic hub between sales, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing—owning demand planning, product forecasting, and purchasing across our product lines. What You’ll Do
Forecasting & Demand Planning
- Own and maintain accurate rolling 12-month forecasts for our entire finished goods catalog
- Forecast finished goods sales 12–24 months out
- Develop and refine statistical forecast models by analyzing historical trends and demand drivers
- Monitor, communicate, and adjust forecasts based on real-time changes
SIOP Leadership
- Lead weekly SIOP meetings with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align forecast models with business strategy
- Identify and resolve forecast variances and continuously improve accuracy
Process Development & Improvement
- Build and enhance forecasting and supply planning processes
- Increase collaboration internally and externally to ensure seamless demand-to-supply translation
- Drive process improvements to boost forecast accuracy and operational efficiency
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 3 years of experience in supply planning and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply chain processes, and forecasting methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems—Oracle or NetSuite preferred
- Advanced Excel skills; bonus points for SQL and Power BI
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills across departments
- Proven ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- IBF or APICS certification is a plus
Salary : $38 - $41
