Job Title: Telecommunications Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Telecommunications Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing telecommunications systems and services, managing telecom-related data, and ensuring cost-efficiency across the organization’s communication infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications technology, billing systems, and network performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth analysis of telecommunications data and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
• Manage and optimize telecom billing systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of telecom expenses.
• Monitor and analyze network performance to ensure efficient operation of voice, data, and video communications systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and support of telecom services.
• Provide reporting and insights on telecom usage, spending, and trends to stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams to assess and implement telecom solutions, including voice over IP (VoIP), wireless networks, and other communication technologies.
• Assist with telecom contract negotiations and vendor management to ensure cost-effective solutions and services.
• Maintain and update telecom documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and vendor contracts.
• Support the implementation of new telecom technologies and services, providing technical expertise during rollout and integration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies regarding telecom systems and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in telecommunications analysis, network optimization, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of telecom systems, services, and technologies (e.g., VoIP, wireless networks, fiber optics).
• Proficiency with telecom billing systems, reporting tools, and telecom data analysis (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
• Familiarity with telecom cost management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with telecom software tools such as Sitecore, Miro, or other industry-standard platforms.
• Certifications related to telecommunications or network management (e.g., CompTIA Network , Cisco Certified Network Associate).
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in telecom industries (e.g., FCC regulations).
