** The Plant is Located in Triadelphia, WV **
We are looking for hard-working and eager individuals to join our client’s team of Manufacturing Production Packers located in Triadelphia, WV. No experience needed. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are looking to start or further their career in production and manufacturing with an employer that cares.
***Temp- Hire***
Bonus Pay:
- Once you are hired on directly with the client you will receive a $500 Bonus.
- As soon as you complete an additional 6 Months you will receive another $500 bonus
Job Description:
- Packing and inspecting plastic bottles to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Responsible for general housekeeping of assigned line and around machines.
- Assisting in scrap removal including pulling and grinding of plastic
- Making, taping, and stacking cardboard boxes
- Load conveyors and flamers as assigned.
- Make and unitize cartons as assigned.
- Initial and date box labels.
- Make out unit tickets.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude, ready to assist operator when the line is down.
Requirements:
- Must be able to clear 7-year lenient background check.
- Must be able to clear a 10 panel Mouth Swab Drug Screening.
- Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs. occasionally. (Back Support Recommended)
- Must be able to stand the entire shift – 12 hrs.
- Must be reliable and have a good attitude.
- Must be a team player.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Hours: Day 6:30 am – 6:45 pm - $15.25/hr.
Night: 6:30 pm - 6:45 am - $16.25/hr.
Schedule: Rotating 12 Hours Shifts. You will work 3 days one week and 4 days the next. (36 Hours one week and 48 the next.)
Day Overtime Pay Rate: $22.87/hr.
Night Overtime Pay Rate: $ 24.37/hr.
