What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roller Operator position at Staffworks Group?
Staffworks Group is hiring Dirt Roller Operator for our client in Dade City, FL. This position is contract job that will last the duration of the job, could lead to a temp-to-hire position. OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required. Our client is one of the leading providers for Underground Utility & Excavation. It is a family-owned business that has been around since 1981.
Shifts/Pay Rate- willingness to work overtime if needed
Pay = $13-$14 per hour – Depending on Experience
Start Date – Immediately
Some Saturdays may be required

Temporary Contract Semi-Skilled Labor Responsibilities:
· OSHA 10 Certification preferred but not required
· Operate roller to compact earth, subgrade, and sub-base
· Drive machine in successive overlapping passes over surfaces to be compacted
· Proper PPE required – Hard Hat, Safety Vest, Safety Glasses, Steel-Toe Boots
** No Experience is required, will train
