What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofer Sheet Metal-Cornice position at Staffworks Group?
Staffworks Group is looking for skilled Sheet Metal Roofers who have experience working with sheet metal, bending, and cornice work on commercial flat roofs.
Location: Andover, MA
Pay: $27-$30 per hour
Time: Monday through Friday 1st shift (Overtime available)
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years working Metal Roofing Installation. (NOT AFRAID OF HEIGHTS)
- Experience with metal flashing, edge detailing, and trim installation.
- Have tools and ability to use aviation snips, seamers, sheet metal brakes, rivet guns, and power tools.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs., working in various weather conditions, and working well with a team.
What you will be doing:
- Bend and shape sheet metal for commercial flat roofing applications
- Perform cornice work and decorative metal detailing
- Install and secure sheet metal roofing panels on commercial flat roofs
- Work safely and efficiently following OSHA guidelines
