Telecom Technician

Staffworks Group is looking for a skilled Telecom Technician to assist with the installation, maintenance, and inspection of telecommunications systems. Must have experience in cabling, wiring, network installation, and system testing

Hours: Monday- Friday 1st shift.
Location: Andover, MA
Pay: $24 to $29 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

· Install and maintain data, voice, coaxial, and fiber optic cables

· Work with conduits, cable trays, racks, cabinets, and network switches

· Read blueprints and prepare wiring sketches

· Test cables to TIA/EIA Level II standards

· Follow strict safety and quality guidelines

· Maintain accurate documentation and reports

What We’re Looking For:

· 3-5 years of field experience, trade school, or apprenticeship

· Ability to work independently or in a team

· Strong attention to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

· OSHA 10/30 & TWIC Card

· Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
