Our client makes fan fold foam insulation and is located in Prospect with two locations down the street from each other. They have about 45 employees between the two facilities and are currently seeking a Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate.

- Perform pre-shift forklift inspections on forklift.
- Record preventative maintenance activities.
- Safely operate a propane sit-down forklift to move raw materials or finished products throughout the manufacturing floor, which includes, but is not limited to, keeping production line clear and running and keeping product and raw materials properly stored.
- Visually inspect material for quality defects.
- Work as a team with production and shipping team to follow all facility Standard Works/processes, and improve operations.
- Support the recycling area, when needed, and help to keep it organized.
- Fill in on other areas of the plant (e.g., Machine Operator) as required
- Assists forklift operator II as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Previous sit-down forklift experience.
- Basic computer and mathematical skills.
- Ability to use gauges, tape measurer, and rulers.
$21 Hourly
