Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support (55%): Resolve customer inquiries through active listening, probing questions, and providing accurate information. Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and source data across multiple systems.
- Customer Experience (20%): Create positive customer experiences and achieve satisfaction goals. Represent and uphold the NBT Brand and core values.
- Account Management (10%): Perform account and product maintenance, complete monetary transactions, and ensure adherence to security measures and policies.
- Additional Duties (5%): Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team.
What We’re Looking For:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
