What are the responsibilities and job description for the EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION WORKER position at Staffworks?
Experienced Construction Worker
Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30am – 5:00pm with flexilibility to stay later
Pay:
- $20.00 or depending on experience
Benefits:
- Temp to Hire
- Weekly Pay
- Ability to grow with company
Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Putting screws into shelves and assembling store fixtures using hand and power tools
- Assembling shelves and store displays
- Placing shelves into bags, wrapping completed items with foam, bubble wrap, corner boards, etc. prior to shipping
- Using hand and power tools
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous woodworking, construction experience
- Experience with table and chop saws as you will be working with them once hired on.
- MUST know how to read a tape measure .
- Steel toe shoes
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently and as a team to get work done in a timely fashion without being micro-managed
