What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Staffworks?
The Associate Machine Operator is responsible for producing quality production parts per specifications.
Qualifications:
Must have 3-6 months of CNC machine experience
Must have knowledge of basic machine shop practices
Must have knowledge and understanding of basic shop mathematics
Experience using a variety or precision measuring instruments
Ability to lift to 25 lbs. independently Must be physically capable of bending, lifting, squatting, twisting, overhead reaching, standing on feet for long period of time (up to 8 hours), and climbing stairs
Essential job functions:
Run written programs for CNC machines to produce production parts
Perform simple machining operations
Other job duties as directed
Adhere to all EH & S guidelines
Adhere to all ACE guidelines and perform
ACE duties as required
Various shifts available
Pay rate: $19.00 - $20.90/hr depending on shift
Salary : $19 - $21
