Temp Facilities Maintenance - 1st Shift
Job Summary:
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday; 7am – 3pm; three-month assignment.
Hourly Wage:
$21.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience.

Job Description and Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Assists in various tasks regarding the upkeep on the buildings
Must have familiarity with basic tools and maintenance equipment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
Ability to follow lists of tasks and communicate process
Ability to use a tape measure and basic math
Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments
Ability to utilize step ladder; not to exceed eight feet
Ability to work in construction environment safely
Requirements:
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge: Ability to follow and execute detailed processes/directions. Ability to work independently and adhere to required tasks.
Special Skills: Ability to follow directions with little to no supervision.
