Job Description :
CDL A Solo Hazmat Driver
Age : 21 years
License : Class A
Endorsement / Restrictions : HAZMAT Required
Driver Type : SOLO
Minimum CDL A Experience : 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience
Preferred Home Domicile : 60-mile radius of Shohola, PA or a 30-mile radius of Waterbury, CT
Operating Cities / States : Mostly northeast. No NYC (5 boroughs), but there are Long Island deliveries
Salary / Miles : Miles : 2,000 avg
0.75 per mile
Average Weekly Pay : $1,860
Average Annual Pay : $96,720
Stop pay : $50 per stop
Unload pay : $50 per full trailer unload
Reload pay : $20 per full trailer reload
Long Island pay : $75 per trip
Delay pay : $25 per hour (after 2 hours)
Hourly pay : $18.00 per hour
Medical / Other Benefits : Health, Dental, Vision, 401K
Drug Test : Urine
Hours of Operations / Home time :
Primarily M-F, may get back on a Sat or need to leave on a Sun.
4-hr reset at home every week.
Type Of Loads : New and used propane tanks of various sizes.
Operating Equipment : 2020-2023 Freightliner or Kenworth trucks w / automatic transmission. - 53 dry van trailers, w / liftgates
