Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support our Retail Marketing Team in modernizing and optimizing our digital marketing capabilities, with a focus on social media marketing and broader MarTech platforms.
In this role, you'll act as the critical bridge between marketing strategy and technology execution—ensuring that the tools and systems we use empower data-driven, personalized, and scalable customer engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Retail Marketing team and Technology/IT teams to identify, evaluate, and implement digital marketing enhancements.
- Analyze and improve current marketing workflows and systems, particularly in social media advertising and digital media buying.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, analytics, and vendor teams to implement solutions that support targeted, measurable, and optimized campaigns.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
- Support system configuration, vendor assessments, and platform integrations.
- Troubleshoot marketing system issues, monitor performance, and ensure campaign readiness.
- Work with data and analytics teams to define campaign KPIs, support performance attribution, and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Research and stay current with MarTech/AdTech innovations and recommend enhancements that align with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, preferably within marketing, digital, or retail environments.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other major digital advertising platforms.
- Strong familiarity with modern marketing technology stacks, including:
- CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- CDPs (e.g., Segment, Adobe Real-Time CDP)
- DMPs, DSPs
- Marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo)
- Solid understanding of campaign tracking, data integration, and digital advertising performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AdTech platforms (DSPs, SSPs, programmatic tools).
- Working knowledge of marketing APIs and data connectors used for campaign setup and analytics.
- Background supporting e-commerce or retail marketing teams.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Salary : $45 - $50
