Job Overview:
Ahold Delhaize is seeking an experienced Figma expert to lead the creation and implementation of a unified, responsive design library across platforms. This role will have a significant impact on digital design consistency and the efficiency of cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and optimize a unified Figma library for responsive, platform-specific use
- Develop scalable and adaptable components across Web, Android, and iOS platforms
- Implement responsive design patterns for efficient prototyping and iteration
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to align design and development workflows
- Train and guide internal teams on Figma best practices and system maintenance
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expert-level Figma proficiency, including components, variants, auto-layout, and responsiveness
- Strong track record of building scalable, cross-platform design libraries
- Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles for Web, Android, and iOS
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in documentation and training
Salary : $45 - $50
