About the Role:
StafGo Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Office Manager or Billing Manager (or someone with significant dental billing experience) to assist us at the Yankee Dental Conference 2025 in Boston. This temporary role is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team at one of the premier dental conferences in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors at the StafGo Health booth and introduce our dental billing and practice management services.
• Explain the full range of services offered by StafGo Health, including billing, insurance verification, credentialing, denial management, and revenue cycle optimization.
• Provide visitors with information about our dental billing solutions, including our team’s expertise in maximizing reimbursements and reducing claim denials.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-up actions with potential clients.
• Help with booth setup and organization during the conference.
• Assist with gathering leads, taking contact details, and managing follow-up actions after the conference.
• Support the team in any additional administrative tasks as needed during the event.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or Billing Manager.
• Strong knowledge of dental billing processes, insurance verification, and collections.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain complex billing and insurance processes in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience at a dental conference or tradeshow is a plus, but not required.
Contractual Opportunity:
This is a short-term role for the Yankee Dental Conference from January 30 to February 1, 2025. If the event goes well, there may be opportunities to transition into a contractor position with StafGo Health to assist with sales and other administrative duties moving forward.
