Duties
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Oversee medical office management tasks, including patient scheduling and record maintenance.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate schedule management for staff meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Support training development initiatives by organizing training sessions and materials.
- Handle human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining HR documentation.
- Serve as the front desk representative, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with vendor management practices is a plus.
- Experience in medical office management is advantageous but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
