HR Support Specialist Welcome Center Support (Hurlbert Field FL)
We are looking for multiple HR Support Specialists to manage the Welcome Center at Hurlbert Field an Airforce base in Florida. The Support Specialist will provide administrative and customer service support ensuring seamless inprocessing for inbound personnel. These positions play a critical role in managing appointment scheduling documentation and overall customer service to help newly arriving members integrate efficiently into their units. Candidates must hold active Secret Clearance.
This is a 5 year contract 40 hours / week onsite at Hurlbert Field FL (Airforce Base).
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health Benefits and 401K offered.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and reschedule all inbound appointments and processing dates in SharePoint
- Maintain a tracking database with names and contact information of all inbounds and their sponsors.
- Distribute finance questionnaire packets to sponsors and ensure vouchers are filed
- Provide new arrivals with a base inprocessing checklist and schedule all required appointments around househunting dates.
- Gather and input feedback forms from the Resilience Center for monthly reports.
- Coordinate with squadron sponsors and first sergeants for documentation and policy exceptions.
- Support general customer service inquiries and walkin appointments.
- Assist in processing Permanent Change of Station (PCS) travel vouchers Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) adjustments and other payrollrelated tasks.
- Monitor review and update the SharePoint site daily.
