Master Data Specialist-Data Analytics- Pharma (Hybrid- Seattle, WA)
We are seeking a Master Data Specialist-Data Analytics- Pharma for a global pharmaceutical client. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining master data elements supporting the client's Cell Therapy treatment center account management. They will routinely receive information pertaining to apheresis centers, treatment centers, and treatment center personnel to transform into actionable master data entries. Management of other master data elements supporting Scheduling and Cell Logistics' (SCLT) patient treatment schedule may also be assigned.
This is a 40-hour per-week, 12-month contract (extensions possible), 50% onsite role in Seattle, WA Onsite days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities :
Implement, review, and maintain master data in SCLT systems to facilitate the enrollment and scheduling of clinical and commercial Cell Therapy patients
Routinely connect and work with SCLT's regional teams (NorAm, EU, APAC) and matrix partners to develop, refine, and execute cross-functional processes associated with account management
Assist with reporting and Key Performance Indicator tracking efforts
Interact with internal and external stakeholders in-person and through electronic / virtual mean. Facilitate a positive end-to-end customer experience
Represent Scheduling and Cell Logistics on cross-functional initiatives as assigned
Provide on-the-job training on areas of subject matter expertise related to account management
Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and provide input into the development of future state processes related to account management
Comply with applicable SOPs, work practices, and other documentation
Requirements :
3 years of work experience in planning / scheduling, managing operations, and / or managing master data in a supply chain or patient operations setting is preferred. Cell Therapy experience is a plus.
Experience working in or managing master data in APEX, GPS, Oracle, SAP, and / or other comparable planning / scheduling systems is preferred.
Data Analysis / Management experience is required.
Science background is preferred. Bachelors Degree
