Process Documentation Analyst- Pharma (Onsite- Lawrenceville, NJ)
We are seeking a Documentation Analyst- Pharma for a global pharmaceutical client. This position focuses on supporting the management of procedural documents throughout their lifecycle.
This is a 40-hour per-week, 6-month contract (extensions possible), 100% onsite role in Lawrenceville, NJ.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Support the management of procedural documents throughout their lifecycle.
- Assist subject matter experts with mapping and defining process, then converting them to formal procedural documents
- Understand and advise on correct use of various procedural document types
- Review/edit documents for compliance with the GSS quality system and documentation requirements
- Demonstrate excellence in writing clear, concise business-related documents
- Demonstrate excellence in the application and use of good grammar and punctuation practices as well as attention to detail
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in business writing, preferably in an IT environment
- Demonstrate solid background in quality assurance or business process development
- Veeva Document Management System
- Familiarity with Documentum-based document management systems
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Bachelors degree
