Program Integrator (Palmdale, CA)
We are seeking a Program Integrator for our client, a leading global security and aerospace company. In this role, you will oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing organization activities. You will serve as a liaison between leadership and other LM functions such as finance, facilities, programs, shipping, supply chain, other leaders / managers, HR, etc.
This is a 5-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role (4 days 10-hour shifts weekly). This role is onsite supporting our client's Palmdale, CA facility.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities :
- Able to gather data and provide status reporting information such as team budgets, staffing, meeting information, sitrep reporting, etc.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving.
- Must have robust collaboration skills and be able to establish strong working relationships with points of contact throughout the organization.
- Prioritize multiple assignments / tasks in a dynamic environment and ensure activities are well coordinated, executed, and completed on budget and schedule.
