We are seeking a Research Associate- Cell Therapy & Flow Cytometry (Onsite- Seattle, WA)
for a global pharmaceutical client. The Cell Therapy Analytical Development group is seeking a motivated individual to perform routine functional characterization of CAR-T and gene-edited cells used in cell therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of flow cytometry and cell biology as well as an enthusiastic attitude and desire to work collaboratively.
This is a 40-hour per-week, 12-month contract (extensions possible), 100% onsite role in Seattle, WA

Responsibilities
- Routine analysis of cell product for quality attributes using flow cytometry and cell-based assays.
- Design, plan, execute, and analyze lab experiments.
- Manage inventory of samples and materials and ensure proper handling and storage
- Maintain proper documentation of experimental results using an electronic lab notebook
- Summarize and present scientific data; report results to project teams
- Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with policies/procedures/regulations.
- 3 years hands-on experience with cellular analytical techniques
- 2 years of Flow Cytometry Experience
- Experience with FloJo
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
- Experience with experimental design and assay development
- Excellent aseptic technique and experience with mammalian and/or primary cell culture
- Bachelors Degree
