Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepares assigned meals based on the menu provided by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef
- Preps food ahead and uses time effectively so that workspace is clean and organized
- Maintains a clean kitchen including, but not limited to sweeping and mopping freezer, walk-in refrigerator, and dry storage
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Prefer one (1) year experience cooking in a restaurant or similar environment
- Keep up in a very high paced kitchen.
- Pass Background Check
- Pass Routine TB Test
- COVID Vaccine Required
