What are the responsibilities and job description for the QMAP/Caregiver 2-10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday Memory Care and Assisted Living position at Stage Coach, LLC The Gardens at Columbine?
Stage Coach, LLC The Gardens at Columbine is a retirement community that includes independent living, assisted living and memory care residence. We are located in Littleton, CO near Lakewood, Englewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree and Denver.
Schedule:
- FT schedule Tue - Sat and Sun-Thu 2-10:30 shifts
- PT Thu, Fri, Sat or Sun, Mon, Tue 2-10:30 p.m.
- We also have 12-hour shifts 6 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Thur, Fri, Sat.
$500 signing bonus and $500 retention bonus

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Caregiving duties:
Answers call lights, assists with daily tasks, assists with teeth/dentures, grooming including shampooing, combing hair and shaving, assists with bathing, dressing and undressing residents.
- Assists with personal laundry, making beds and taking out trash.
- All other daily needs for residents in memory care and assisted living.
- Communicates using a radio.
- Will also be responsible for light housekeeping (making beds and emptying the trash.
QMAP duties include caregiving duties plus:
- Administers medications to residents based on the seven Rights; Person, Right Drug, Right Dose, Right Route, Right Time, Right Documentation, Right of the Client to Refuse
- Reorders medication in a timely manner
- Adheres to the QMAP Scope and Standards for practice in Colorado
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Pass Background Check and Drug Tests
- Pass Routine TB Test
- QMAP must complete Colorado QMAP class, pass written and practical test, and has never had a professional license or certificate revoked by a state or any other jurisdiction. Must have a record of satisfactory med pours

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
