Dance Teacher for 2024-25 Season!
Stage Door Studios and Stage Door University in Sarasota, FL is seeking new instructors to join our faculty. Our performing arts schools have an emphasis on excellence and love for the art of dance with a student base of dancers aged 2 to adult. We are celebrating our 18th season serving dancers in the Sarasota, Manatee, and Venice areas. We pride ourselves on paying our teachers well, offer a professionally managed front office, and foster a sense of teamwork among our faculty.
We are seeking a dance teacher who can teach 1-3 early afternoons/evenings a week (approx 2-8 classes) whose specialty is in jazz, acrobatics, lyrical, ballet, hip hop and/or tap at a recreational level and also a dance teacher who loves to work with younger children (ages 2-7). We will train you with our curriculum, but you must know dance terminology. Start date TBD based on candidate availability.
High School Graduate required.
Possible Hours Available 2-6 per week, 1-3 afternoons/nights. We are seeking an innovative, team-player with a positive attitude who really wants to be a key part of our faculty and spread the love of dance in our children's and recreational programs.
