The Role 

As the Director of Digital Engagement & Client Success, you will be the driving force behind our social media strategy, client relationships, and revenue growth. You will lead a talented team, develop innovative campaigns, and ensure our clients are not only acquired but retained and delighted. This is a high-impact role that requires a charismatic, strategic leader who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Leadership & Team Development: 

 - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital engagement and sales professionals.   

 - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.   

 - Develop talent through coaching, training, and performance management.   

 

Social Media Strategy & Execution: 

 - Define and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy that aligns with our brand and business goals.   

 - Develop and deploy compelling social media messaging to engage audiences and drive results.   

 - Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging tools (e.g., AI) to optimize marketing and sales effectiveness.   

 

Client Relationship Building: 

 - Immerse yourself in the industry to build relationships and establish [Company Name] as a trusted, recognizable brand.   

 - Act as the face of the company, representing us at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.   

 - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.   

 

Sales Pipeline & Revenue Growth: 

 - Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive new business and expand existing accounts.   

 - Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to conversion.   

 - Design customer incentive structures, hooks, and tactics to attract and retain clients.   

 

Collaboration & Strategy: 

 - Work closely with the executive and business teams to define and refine the company’s marketing message.   

 - Collaborate cross-functionally to align digital engagement efforts with overall business objectives.   

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For 

- Proven experience as a leader of people, with a track record of managing and coaching high-performing teams.   

- Expertise in social media management, tools, and strategy, with a demonstrated ability to drive engagement and results.   

- A charismatic, relationship-driven extrovert who thrives in networking and building connections.   

- Strong sales experience in services, tech services, or internet-based industries (not traditional tactile sales).   

- Experience in talent management and development, with a passion for growing and empowering teams.   

- Skilled in sales pipeline building, lead generation, and management.

- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging tech tools (e.g., AI) for sales and marketing effectiveness.   

- A strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver measurable results.  

Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
