The Role
As the Director of Digital Engagement & Client Success, you will be the driving force behind our social media strategy, client relationships, and revenue growth. You will lead a talented team, develop innovative campaigns, and ensure our clients are not only acquired but retained and delighted. This is a high-impact role that requires a charismatic, strategic leader who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital engagement and sales professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Develop talent through coaching, training, and performance management.
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Define and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy that aligns with our brand and business goals.
- Develop and deploy compelling social media messaging to engage audiences and drive results.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging tools (e.g., AI) to optimize marketing and sales effectiveness.
Client Relationship Building:
- Immerse yourself in the industry to build relationships and establish [Company Name] as a trusted, recognizable brand.
- Act as the face of the company, representing us at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

- A strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver measurable results.
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
